Accessibility: A general term to cover the process of ensuring appropriate content is provided to all visitors to a site, despite the differences in the skills and capacities of people and the technologies they employ.
Domain Name: a unique name assigned to identify a website on the internet. Our domain name is midboh.com.au.
PPC (Pay Per Click): a form of website promotion where costs incurred only when a visitor clicks on a link to the website.
Web Hosting: A facility with permanent connection to the internet that stores web pages and serves the web pages in response to requests from various sources (individuals using browsers or search engine robots).

Above The Fold: the portion of the browser window visible when the page is first drawn but before scrolling the display
SEM (Search Engine Marketing): overall effort to attract more visitors to the website with expectation of achieving strong business performance
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation): the process of improving your position in a SERP
SERP (Search Engine Result Page): list of results after issuing a search request
Snippet: the text a search engine shows to describe the site in search results
